It's been a fun week. I thought I'd post a few photos of our class together for different celebrations. I should do this more often. In one class, we recently celebrated Jim's 86th birthday and Pam's birthday. This past Monday, we celebrated Irish butter and of course we needed bread, brie, hummus, fruit, and a little wine to go with it! I
