Well, I told Jim that he was getting his own blog post for this painting and his enormous leap into an amazing place with his work! Jim came to me just over six year ago. He started in oil, progressed to acrylic and even journeyed into watercolor.
The painting below is Jim's recent oil painting. He travels abroad and comes up with some great scenes to paint. The thing about Jim is that this past year, his work has blossomed to produce some masterpieces that are truly stunning. We're all so proud of him. I wish you could see this painting in person. My photo doesn't begin to do this work justice. The perspective on this piece was a very difficult challenge and Jim captured it like a pro! Jim, congratulations and we love you!
