Painting Classes Rowell, GA.

My first watercolor teacher was American master, Bud Biggs.  I've read this quote by him to several of my classes.  Here it is again for those of you who may have missed it...

"If you don't make mistakes, you will not grow.  Your work will be better the second time than it was the first.  The better you get, the worse you will think you are, until you take out your first picture and see how far you've come."  Bud Biggs

Painting Classes - Roswell, GA.

Jim is 87 years young.  The entire class is always excited to see what he's going to come up with next.  I wish you could see this in person.  From the front, you might miss the three dimensional effect that he's created.  You can see it from the side shot that I took.  Each figure was drawn, painted, varnished, cut out, and then attached to a mount that he made so that the figure can move.  It's a striking piece!
